This past weekend week took a much-needed break and went away. We didn't take our devices and didn't even get online from Friday morning until Monday evening. We unplugged and it was incredibly relaxing.
What do you do to relax, where you're not tied to a device or have to be confronted with issues that need your attention?
Take time off to just unwind, even if it's for an hour or two. The stress that normally eats away at you will dissipate and you'll be rejuvenated.
We're so grateful to be able to get away every now and again. It's such a blessing. The cares of the world melt from our bodies and we can just be. Together.
