Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you'll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you'll find that you have more of it. ~ Ralph Marston
We all have dirty little habits. Some may bite their nails while others may obsess about germs.
My not-so-secret habit is sharing my appreciation to others. Two simple words that when said together, mean much more.
US Thanksgiving is this Thursday and I'd like to challenge each of you to vocalize thankfulness each and every day. Not only will it feel good, you'll be making a huge impact in your corner of the world. Thank the person who pumps your gas. Thank your friends and family. Thank the coffee barista. Thank someone who shows common courtesy.
If you do it continuously for twenty-one days, it'll become a habit. A very good productive habit where you'll appreciate what life has to offer and gratitude will flow in your veins.
