Take my advice and smile, breathe and go slowly.
It's the busiest time of the year, for many of us, and there's a tendency to stress out. Whether it's holiday shopping or dealing with family drama, it's easy to let anxiety steer you through your day.
Instead of freaking out and letting your pulse thrum against your skin, take a deep breath, smile and proceed slowly. Think it through to find the best solution.
Smile. Even if it feels forced at first, its magical positive powers will combat the negativity.
Breathe. Take a few deep breaths. This act alone will calm your heartbeat and you'll be able to concentrate properly.
Go slowly. Think, think, think. Brainstorm a workable solution and then take it step by step. When you go slow, you'll not miss anything and it's much more healthier for you.
