Life can get stressful. Whether it's your boss or co-workers yelling at you, your kids not behaving, your car not starting or any number of things, the stress builds in your head until you think it might explode.

Lighten up. What seems like an emergency really isn't so take a deep breath and lighten your heart.
Enjoy life. Life is too short to not enjoy it. You or any of your loved ones may not be here tomorrow so relish in the small moments. Surround yourself with people who cherish you and bring you joy.
Smile and laugh more. When smiling, you can't possibly be angry. Smiling and laughing releases good endorphins. Your outlook changes when you smile.
Don't get so worked up about stuff. Listen, I struggle with this one as well. I'm an emotional being and tend to react to people and situations before thinking. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I also tend to freak out when things go wrong. When I feel my anxiety ratcheting up, I take five deep breaths. It releases everything and I'm able to think clearly.
