“I believe that visualization is one of the most powerful means of achieving personal goals.” Harvey Mackay
Do you visualize your success or your defeat?
On Sunday, Kevin Na won his third PGA major in the Charles Schwab Challenge. When asked how he did it, he smiled.
"When I first got here, I went to the trophy board and I visualized my name on it. I concentrated on it throughout the tournament and now, my name will forever be on it."
Pretty powerful words, eh?
When you visualize something, whether good or bad, it will likely happen. The brain is a wondrous machine and very influential. Your thoughts become reality. The difference between success and failure comes down to visualization.
So again I ask you, do you visualize your success or your defeat?
Pick one of your personal goals you want to achieve and visualize achieving. What does it look it? Lock the image in your brain and concentrate on it.
Congratulations to Kevin Na on a brilliant win! Can't wait to see you at the next tournament.
