My Review:
It was only supposed to be a fake marriage but when love and romance take root, all bets are off. Liberty flees but Wyler chases after the woman he loves. Can he prove even after tragedy strikes, their love is strong? Chasing Liberty is an emotional roller coaster I couldn’t put down. Filled with a complex plot, characters you’ll love to hate, and so much drama, Chasing Liberty will change your viewpoint on love.
Let’s dive into these characters. Liberty is a heroine filled with contrasts. Her layers are revealed when she’s plunged in hot water. It took me a long time to understand her but once I did, I connected with her. Rhonda Lee Carver surprised me with Liberty and her depth. Trust me, you’ll want to read it for yourself.
Wyler is a hard-working hero. I love men like him. He’s a straight-shooter and tells the truth. Love sneaks up on him but once he figures it out, he’s all in. Ladies, you’ll swoon over him.
The romance starts off as a fake marriage but quickly blooms to something more. There’s a lot of drama to this romance. Tragedy will do that to a couple. The ending, though, is worth the suffering. Take a chance on Chasing Liberty. It’s a worthwhile read.
