RAVEN'S MOON by J.B. Dane

Otherworld evil is loose in the real world. Bram Farrell, Private Investigator, must track it down and destroy it before it destroys him.

Bram has starred in twenty bestselling novels by writer—and witch—Calista Amberson. Her fans love the tall, dark, and handsome PI who vanquishes supernatural bad guys using his magical powers. So, when Calista uses her magic to pull Bram from his fictional world into real-world, modern-day Detroit, she rocks both worlds. Every supernatural being on Earth felt his arrival in this dimension.

They don't trust Calie’s intentions and Bram doesn't either. When the supernatural community hands him the job of discovering who killed the beings in the real world that match those he killed in each volume of The Raven Tales, he takes on the task. It’s a job he’s done in twenty books—he’s up to the familiar challenge. Bram’s investigation turns up a lot of suspicious characters: grouchy bar-owning trolls, a vampire godfather, a couple of murderous x-cage fighters, a suspicious minister—and the Devil himself. Things are getting dicey. Which means Bram could use some help with this job—but whom can he trust?

MARKED RAVEN by J.B. Dane

Valentine’s Day could be the most dangerous time of the year if an angry Cupid is the hit man hunting you down.

Bram Farrell, paranormal PI, has been yanked from the pages of the novel. His author and creator brought him into real-world Detroit to do a job for her, but the job went south, and the real-world Detroit is as loaded with monsters and magical beings as the pages of her books were. And they are all out to get Bram and exact some otherworldly revenge on him. Most guys wouldn’t mind that it’s raining females, some expected, some surprises, one he could do without. And then there is his new secretary, Naomi, who he’s falling in love with. Keeping her alive—and himself—is going to be tricky.Outrunning an alchemist, a vampire, and a witch is going to take more than cutting wit.Luckily, this paranormal Sam Spade has some resources besides his dry sense of humor. His dachshund Hellhound is with him and his magic is coming back. Which should be helpful considering someone has put a hit out on him. There’s a lot on Bram’s plate this February. The question is, will he live through it this time?Entertaining, funny and suspenseful, Marked Raven is the perfect place to pick up the Raven Tales urban fantasy series.

RAVEN'S EDGE by J.B. Dane

Name’s Bram Farrell. I’m a PI – well, used to be. Michigan doesn’t think I have the requisites for a license in this world. My experience is nearly all within the pages of a set of fantasy books written by Calista Amberson, who I thought died shortly after yanking me into the real world but hadn’t. Currently, I rank at the top of her Erase These Idiots list. The feeling is mutual.

As St. Patrick’s Day dawned, I thought the only dangerous thing on my social calendar was meeting Naomie Enright’s family. It wasn’t, though downing green dyed potato salad took courage. No, it was finding the Irish goddess Danu waiting for me at the Enright Pub’s bar. She wanted me to find an enchanted sword. Someone had nicked The Retaliator, a blade that could kill with just a scratch. Except this ancient Tuathan treasure would only go to the hand of a master swordsman.

Not many of them around in 21st century Detroit.

Except, Mack Enright, Naomie’s brother, has a friend who likes to buckle on some swash and dazzle crowds with sword play. And he's vanished, only the scents of ghoul and vampire lingering behind in his wrecked apartment. That’s never good.

And it's headed for even worse. I definitely need an edge to solve – survive – these cases!

RAVEN CROSSES THE LINE by J.B. Dane

It’s dimension jumping PI Bram Farrell and his hellhound partner Beelz are up to as Bram crosses the line back into his home world: fictionland.

It’s not the only stop on the itinerary though for a smuggler is on the shopping list, one with a covert entry into Faerie, one that doesn’t insure immediate death.  Although, considering live band karaoke is involved, death doesn’t sound so bad after all.

Beelz might be stuck in Great Dane form, but there are compensations. Join the fun as we leap into other dimensions. Sarcasm and magic are a given.

RAVEN'S LAST STAND by J.B. Dane

The worst is yet ahead for magic tossing PI Bram Farrell, and naturally a new assassin appears to up the ante!

While glad to be back in my preferred version of Detroit – the real one – there doesn’t seem to be much that stayed the same while I was gone. And, considering I thought I was away for a mere five hectic days and to Naomie and everyone else it clocked in at seven months, that’s saying something.

My last day in fictional Detroit had both friends and enemies vanishing before my eyes, but nearly the same thing had happened to my friends in real Detroit. Durkin and Dawes are no longer cops. Burt no longer drives cabs. City officials closed the Lunds' bar and grill. And worst, my pseudo cousin Delia told Naomie what I really was!

But when has anything involving me rated as normal? Calie is stockpiling books, her intent to erase me. There’s a mysterious new vampire in town and he’s brought nasty new weapons with him. Palermo is missing and no one’s seen Prisk, though ghouls are everywhere! Plus, there’s a computer virus corrupted with magic that is wiping out any accounts with one of three dangerous words attached to them: Bram, Farrell, and Raven.

I’ve really become a nowhere man now!

The Dae Diaries series by AK Nevermore

Half-daemon Envy Starr is destined to die on Midsummer’s Eve, still a virgin, on some crappy cult’s live-stream feed. With thirty days left to live, the chance to escape her fate and get some action compels her into her absentee father’s world of beautifully cultured cruelty.

Once there, she’s the object of a deadly game, slated to alter the Fae realm’s power structure. Worse, the rules keep changing, and everyone has an ulterior motive, including her dae-licious guide, Brennan. Under a geas he’s desperate to break, she can’t trust him, or herself.

But unless she can come to terms with what lies in her heart, her unlikely survival will be a fate worse than death. For her, and the rest of Fae.

The Dae Diaries series follows Envy through her unlikely journey to survival and her candid and cantankerous struggle with settling down to start a family. Fast paced and never dull, none of it is normal, and all of it is bizarrely relatable.

Solar Warden Book Four – Skinwalker by Peter Fuller

You’ve heard the expression, this is the stuff of nightmares …

You have no idea.

The reptilians, the grays and their overlords have had enough with the humans. Their plans and agenda have been forestalled, and now they must go to extreme measures to get back on their timetable.

The Solar Warden team is targeted like never before. New, almost invulnerable enemy craft create dangerous challenges across the fleet with deadly results. A new alien threat, just as impervious and wickedly devious, sets its sights on Scarecrow and anyone who gets in its way–friends and loved ones are not immune. Nothing in the Solar Warden arsenal can defend against this new, supernatural threat. Scarecrow and his comrades must hope they can enlist the aid of a supernatural ally of their own in time.

Book Four is a scare-fest that will have you checking under your bed and in your closet for monsters too hideous and evil to describe. There’s only one way for the Solar Warden team to confront this new threat, and they watch their comrades succumb one by one to its diabolical assaults while searching for a means to neutralize it. Time is running out …
