Happy tenth anniversary. Ten years is a great accomplishment and worth celebrating.
I’d like to introduce prolific author Iona Morrison.
Question 1: Where were you ten years ago in relation to your author/writer career? If you weren’t writing, what were you doing?
I had just released my first book and signed a contract on my second book.
Question 2: Looking back on the past ten years, how has your writing grown?
My subject matter, choice of words, and grammar have all improved with the help of some great editors. I’m learned to weed out overly repeated phrases most of the time and to listen to my characters as they grow and change. I’ve also expanded my personal knowledge through research and experiencing things firsthand. For example, I went along on a track with a bloodhound and his handler. A truly amazing dog and I could see for myself their wonderful abilities in solving crimes and finding people.
Question 3: What are you doing now? How many books have you published?
I am marketing for a new release in May and I’m working on my next story. At this point, I have fourteen novels, and two novellas published.

Author Biography:
Iona Morrison is a multi-published, award-winning author who writes romantic suspense with a touch of paranormal. she enjoys writing fiction. The character development, their stories, and the twists and turns in the plot intrigue her. She is hooked from the first words on the paper and has to keep writing to see how the story ends.
Iona lives in Colorado with her husband and family who have supported her in this chapter of life. She is a member of the Colorado Authors League and RMFWPAL (Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers Published Authors League) and has enjoyed becoming involved in her community as one of the many authors living in Colorado.
