Author Biography:
Betty Derr May was born and raised in Oklahoma. Her parents raised quarter horses and cattle, along with her father working on the Santa Fe Railroad. After marriage, she lived in various states as her family followed her Air Force husband to his stations. She now calls Colorado home amongst the beautiful Rocky Mountains. She is also the proud mother of three sons and three granddaughters. You might notice that in all her books, she includes an English Bulldog as her writing partner, and most days he can find it lying at my feet or by my side.
