My Review:
Justice Rose is an independent woman who refuses to be tied down to gain her inheritance, but Jinx offers her a chance at love and a family. Will one mistake ruin everything or will they become stronger in love and forgiveness? Loving Justice is an emotional western romance with forbidden romance and deep betrayal. The story unfolds with descriptive narration, intense emotions, and characters that will burrow their way into your heart. Once I started, I couldn’t put Loving Justice down.
Let’s start with these characters. Justice is a Rose sister who is wild, and no one can to tell her what to do. No one, least of all her father or a forbidden lover. But love is a tricky thing, as Justice soon learns. I connected with her right away. She’s become my favorite Rose sister.
Jinx is a hero readers will adore. He’s a hard-working man who’s raising his baby sister after their parents died. He struggles with life but keeps going. From the moment he meets Justice, she intrigues him. She surprises him time and again. Love breaks down the walls around his heart. I connected with him and kept rooting for him.
The romance is a complex blending of tropes which I’ve come to expect from Rhonda Lee Carver. Her subtle writing weaves a beautiful romance that broke and uplifted my heart at the same time. If you’re a lover of emotional romance books, you’re going to want to read Loving Justice.
