My Review:
Frankie and her supernatural roommates/lovers/protectors are trapped with no escape. Frankie hates these guys and how they played her. No more! She’s immune to their charms except when she sleeps with them. It’s only hate sex, right? Wrong, but she’ll never tell them that. Now, she can’t go anywhere without them trailing her. She’s got bigger problems, though. There are unknown enemies who want to use Frankie’s ability for their own gain. An ultimate weapon. Frankie and her guys better get ready, for the battle is about to begin.
Of Battles and Covenants is a wild ride from start to finish. This book continues from where book one left off. Like one minute later. The action is full throttle while the emotions boil over. All five supernatural males want Frankie for their own. Frankie is caught in the middle, and she’s had enough.
The romance gets steamy as Frankie takes her frustration out on the very sexy males. The series is reverse harem, so I was ready for it. Yowzah, the scenes are hot!
Mona Black is a gifted writer and she’s in her element with Of Battles and Covenants. Once I started reading Of Battles and Covenants, I couldn’t put it down. Her world-building is flawless. I can’t wait to read the next book. It’s coming out soon.
