Book Blurb:
Is archeology the sexist profession in the universe? Just ask the Irish Goddess of Beauty and Brightness—Niamh.
Earthman, Robbie McGreggor, eager to get down and dirty on digs at the far corners of outer space, lands on a remote planet, and is shocked by the alien culture he encounters—the gods of Irish mythology.
When the chief god, Dagda, uses his powerful magic to hold Robbie at his mercy, Niamh helps him escape. She makes her getaway by jumping aboard the shuttle with Robbie. But not before Dagda puts a curse on the immortal beauty.
What’s a cursed goddess to do?
Team up with the mortal nerd, of course. And heat up the galaxy—uncovering alien artifacts as well as a passionate allure for Robbie…while she tries to answer the big questions:
What dangers await?
Can she break the curse?
And will they survive?
My Review:
Robbie loves digging up alien artifacts but gets swept up in love with a Celtic goddess.
This book is such fun to read, especially if you love mashups. Blending sci-fi, fantasy, and Celtic mythology, this book has something for any reader.
The characters leap from the page and come alive. I couldn’t help but root for Robbie and Niamh as they navigate curses, romance, and survival. I found Robbie very down to earth. Niamh is a goddess in every sense, even if she is cursed.
The romance is well-written, and emotional, and will have readers seeing stars. Even though it is sci-fi/fantasy romance, it is quite realistic. No instalove here, just a goddess and a human falling in love. This romantic story will make you believe in the power of love.
The plot progression is steady with room for plot arcs. That way, the reader can catch their breath in between the action scenes.
The writing is what makes this an unputdownable book. The descriptive narration is filled with details which allows the reader an immersive reading experience. The author whisks the reader into her world and what a world it is.
This book needs to be read and enjoyed by the masses.

Author Biography:
The Celtic Warrior Queen made me start writing professionally. I love history and in reading a book about the dark ages, I came across the rebel queen. She inspired me so much, I started jotting down notes, but they were fiction, visions of me involved in the Boudica revolt. Before I knew it, I had accidentally written a rough draft for a novel. And I've been writing books on purpose ever since. Drawing on my love of a happy ending I have currently penned 35 published romance books. When not writing, I love to read, watch movies, and attend local comic cons.
