My Review:
When Ava met Jack at Victoria Island’s boat show, she never expected to find love and danger. Can she figure out who’s responsible or will she wind up dead? Return to Victoria Island is an intriguing romantic suspense. What makes Return to Victoria Island worth reading are the setting and the romance. The setting is beautiful Victoria Island. The romance is full of emotion and realism. The characters are well-written.
Let’s start with the setting. I found the details of picturesque Victoria Island set the mood for this romantic suspense. Every aspect of Victoria Island is so detailed, it becomes a secondary character.
What I didn’t care for was the plot progression. In parts, there was too much info and description. It took away from the crux of the story.
The characters are relatable and well-written. Karen Andover adds just the right mix of suspense to make readers wonder if the characters are disguised as good but are criminals.
The romance, as I mentioned above, is well-executed. It’s all about the emotions and this book is ripe with feelings.
If you’re looking for a romantic suspense, give Return to Victoria Island a try. You’ll love the setting, romance, and suspense.
