My Review:
There are a lot of basic truths in this book. This book is written to provide a guide point on how to make the world a better place. That goal is admirable and can be widely appreciated.
The point raised about the status quo is timely. We do live in a world where just because someone does something stupid on TT then dozens try to do it too. We also live in a world where everyone thinks they need a smartphone. This review is written by someone who, as of this day, has NEVER owned a smartphone.
The issue this book has is in its delivery. The concept when defined is somewhat woolly in presentation. There is, unfortunately, no concise conclusion to each chapter. This is a tough book to simply glean a message from. The frequent use of quotes to make points somewhat muddies the message of the author. Structurally, the book isn't one that is easily digestible.
If this guide to making the world nicer worked, that would be great. There are many points in this book that could work for the majority in this world. One simple lesson is making your own little corner of the world better and that will help. We all should try to make our own little corner better. Recommended to people seeking an alternative approach to positive thinking.
