Very readable and well laid out, this book will appeal to anyone whose business relies on sales. If you own a business, you will want to buy this book. Each chapter is laid out in a format that provides the information in the most efficient way.


There are excellent real-world examples that help put meat on the bones of these theories. The key aspect of this fine book is it isn't a quick-fix book. The steps are all here to remake a business' sales department for the new world we live in. You can follow them, and you will improve your sales. The thing is it will take time and dedication to do this. A terrific book for sales modeling that will be important to every business operating today.
